Growth, marketing & optimisation

The acquisition side, involved while the product is still being shaped rather than handed a finished app.

AFraming

A launch plan written afterwards is a rescue operation.

The store listing, the landing page, the onboarding copy and the first campaign all depend on decisions made months earlier, and most of them are cheap to get right early and expensive to fix late.

So growth sits in the same team, from the same start.

BScope

What is in scope

Social media marketing
Strategy, content and campaign execution, run rather than advised.
App Store Optimisation
Listing, assets, keywords and the screenshots that do most of the persuading.
Conversion rate optimisation
Finding where people leave, and changing the product rather than the ad spend.
Performance-driven design enhancements
Design changes proposed because of what the instrumentation said, with the reasoning shown.
CSequence

The order the work runs in

Stages, not a schedule. We do not publish durations we have not agreed with you — the sequence is fixed, the length depends on what we find in scoping.

  1. 01

    Instrumentation

Agreeing what we measure before there is anything to measure it on.

  2. 02

    Positioning

What this is, who it is for, and what it is replacing.

  3. 03

    Launch assets

Store listing, landing page, campaign creative, onboarding.

  4. 04

    Campaign

Execution, with spend and creative both under review.

  5. 05

    Optimise

Read the funnel, change the product where the product is the problem.

DDeliverables

What you have at the end

  • An analytics and event plan, agreed before build
  • App store listing and assets
  • Campaign creative and a content calendar
  • Funnel analysis with prioritised recommendations
  • Reporting you can read without us in the room

What we will and will not claim here

We have not published performance figures from past campaigns on this site, because we have not been given permission to attribute them and unattributed numbers are worth nothing. If you want evidence, ask us on a call and we will show you real accounts.

What we will commit to in writing is the instrumentation: what gets measured, how, and what the reporting looks like. That is checkable before you spend anything.
